Jill Dworin

Meet Jill Dworin, the proud owner of Salon 3 in downtown Milford!  Jill has been in the salon industry for 20 years. She started her journey as an esthetician doing facials and waxing. After a couple years Jill had the desire to do hair, so she started an apprenticeship at her salon.  That apprenticeship quickly turned into becoming the salon manager, while also building her clientele. 

Learning the ins and outs of the business , Jill knew she wanted to own her own salon someday.  She worked 2 to 3 jobs at a time; hustling her way through life and working super hard.  In 2014 she got the opportunity to turn her dreams into a reality.  And Milford and its surrounding areas are so grateful for it!
