Olivia Stellman & Marie Kelly volunteered at Milford Independent Cinema last night and the experience was so fun, they plan on volunteering again soon!

This is Abigail Powers.  She was born and raised in Farmington, MI and moved to Milford in 2012.  Abigail started her career as a graphic designer but soon realized sitting at a computer all day would not work. Abby then became a K-12 art teacher. She began her teaching journey at Milford High School in 2007. In 2010 she took a full time position at Muir Middle School and taught for ten years. 

Congratulations to Natalia Wohletz, owner of Main Street Art in downtown Milford, on her feature in Voyage Michigan Magazine as a Rising Star! She is a total star to us here at Women In Milford! We absolutely love Main Street Art and appreciate the beauty and significance it brings to our community.

Aura Organics and Temple Collective have a collaboration!  Marla Diakonis, owner of Aura Organics.  She is also a yoga teacher and reiki practitioner.  Marla grew up in downtown Milford and currently lives in White Lake, where she gardens, hikes, and enjoys water sports, chai tea lattes, and spending time with her friends and family, especially her three sons.

ScrubMask and In Harmony Yoga & Wellness have a collaboration! Leslie from ScrubMask reached out to Jan and Ani from In Harmony Yoga after the Women In Milford Gala, and she dropped off samples of ScrubMask at the studio. Ani had some time to try a sample and enjoyed the results. It was a great fit!
