Amanda Cousino

Meet Amanda (Macielak) Cousino, Millennial Real Estate Agent serving our Commerce and Milford communities. Not only is she a local agent, but part owner of Village Pizza & BBQ in Downtown Milford. 

“I can’t take all the credit for Village Pizza & BBQ,” says Amanda, “My parents and older brother run it full-time, I’m just here for family support when needed.”

She can take full credit for being a real estate agent, though.  Cousino recently joined Real Estate One in Milford, after being with Max Broock Detroit for 2 years, and she is so excited to be fully immersed in servicing the city where she grew up. Amanda is a 2011 Milford High graduate who left for college, lived in Royal Oak for 5 years, met her husband, and somehow persuaded him to move to the Milford/Commerce area. “The saying . . . ‘They always come back’ is so true!” Says Amanda.

Cousino’s number one goal when working with clients is to make the process as relaxing as possible. “I like to think I have a calm, cool and collected demeanor, and I want my clients to feel the same,” she says about her real estate style. “Home buying/selling can be so stressful, but I want my clients to trust me with their most valuable asset.”

Though light-hearted and easy going, Amanda is all business when it comes to her work. “I will treat your home sale as if it were my own,” she promises.

When she’s not selling real estate, Amanda enjoys kayaking, golf, and spending quality time with her husband and golden retriever Henry. She loves interior design and just finished up a major renovation on their home.
