The inspiration for Motor City Sitters came to Francesca last August while at her mom's house. "I was at a pivoting point in my life, unemployed and searching for direction. My uncle and mom encouraged me, saying, 'Why are you searching when you have something to offer people?'" This advice made her realize that her love for childcare, creativity, and networking could be the solution. "I knew the Detroit market was missing trusted, reliable concierge childcare and support," Francesca explains.
