Jessica Collins

Meet Jessica Collins, owner of Rosie Balloons & Decor, and proud contributor of the 2022 Women In Milford Gala!  Jessica’s flowing balloon decor will be featured at our photo booth, so everyone will leave with a piece of the beauty she creates!

Rose Balloons & Decor was founded in 2019 when she discovered her balloon talents while working for La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries.  One day, she was asked to help with balloons for an upcoming sale.  Everyone was shocked by how quickly Jessica was able to put together balloon clusters, including her.

After a year experimenting with her balloon skills, she started her business. Jessica was so successful in growing her business over the last few years that she offers much more than balloons.  In fact, the decor part of Rosie Balloons & Decor is what excites her the most.

Why Rosie Balloons & Decor instead of Jessica?  “My grandma passed away in 2014 and she would call me ‘Grandma’s Rosie’ since my middle name is Rose,” Jessica explains. “She would always tell me to do what makes me happy. She pushed me to let my creative side show. I ended up attending college at The Art Institute for Interior design because of her. She is the reason I pursued a career in design and I couldn’t be happier which is why I decided to honor her in a way by naming my business ‘Rosie’ Balloons and Decor.”

Jessica’s growing inventory includes backdrops, seating, florals, dessert stands, lighting, table décor and so much more. “In the future, I hope to have expanded my inventory to be able to accommodate any and all décor requests for wedding and large special events,” says Jessica. “I look forward to seeing where I can take my business and I look forward to working with you!”
