Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is an essential part of any digital marketing strategy for businesses of all sizes. Whether you are a home-based solopreneur or a brick and mortar business, SEO that is done correctly can make a huge difference in your bottom line. What most don't understand is that many of these basics can be DIY without much work or maintenance! It doesn't have to be as complicated as you may have heard.

This free workshop will help you understand the basics of SEO and how to apply them to your website (and even your social media!). During our workshop, we will cover keyword research, content optimization, and more, so you can start getting better rankings in search engines and start showing up! You will leave our evening with a short list of actionable items, a workbook to help guide you through each step, and you will have the opportunity to fill your cup with the camaraderie of other Women In Milford. This is not an event to miss!

About your Instructor: With a background in psychology, user experience, and design, Amanda has made it her mission to help others navigate the path of small business ownership. Her focus is mainly on a 360 degree digital marketing strategy that includes web design, copywriting, graphic design, photography, and brand strategy, but she helps businesses with marketing projects of all sizes. Each of her clients may be different in industry, years of experience, and general goals, but their successes all boil down to one thing; They are all making an impact in their local communities.

Amanda is a hype girl at heart and lives to cheer on business owners and support local every chance she gets. She is constantly excited by mom and pop coffee shops, farm stands, and anyone with a heartfelt passion for what they do. She believes there is nothing better than good humans making a positive difference in the world, big or small.

We really wouldn’t be Women In Milford without Amanda Freeman, and last night’s meetup was a perfect example of her value.  What a wealth of knowledge!  Women in Milford learned all about Search Engine Optimization from our favorite educator and we all walked away smarter, more confident, and ready to get to work!
